The home sits in a secluded location, tucked away from the street, affording a quiet, safe oasis to retreat to at the end of a busy day. Relax in the amplitude of the courtyard or on the first-floor stylish terrace. Make your own Pizza in our wood-fire oven in the Courtyard. Close to proximity to Westgarth/Northcote, Thornbury High Street, restaurants, pubs, bars, cinemas/shops.

Leafy Courtyard/Front Yard: Sip your morning brew amidst greenery or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars. Make your own Pizza in our wood-fired oven (Please bring your own wood).



Bedroom 1: Drift off to sleep in our serene bedroom. It features a Double Bed, a working desk and plenty of wardrobe space.



Kitchen: Whip up a culinary masterpiece using local produce. Coffee lovers, rejoice the Nespresso machine awaits! (Please bring your own Pods)

Stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a gas cooktop, Single Oven, Dishwasher and Double Door Fridge.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower with rain-style shower head. Stylish finishes with brass tapware and underfloor heating.

It features a Queen's sized bed with a ceiling skylight, electric blackout blinds and split cool system and heating.

The ensuite takes a shower over the Bath and bathroom heating and a toilet.

The entire house is for guest usage. Please note that there are some locked cabinets we use for storage. The garage is not accessible.
