John you had unrealistic expecations and needs to move on, place wasnt in bad shape, no one has complained ever as much as you. Go check under a hotels bed and sofa and lift up there rugs. You must do this everywhere you go stay to get a refund or get something in return. Stop the messaging and harrassment please. Move on. We had issued the refund to make it upto you and apologized multiple times. If you did not like the stay the first time you wouldn't have booked it 2 more other times. I wish all other hosts the best dealing with you and your antics.
Overall, a great stay, the advertising is exactly what see. The place was easy to find, very quiet. We felt right at home, loved the open concept, beds were very comfy, plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to top it off, oh and the choices that were available with the tv, amazing!
We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Managed to get a great deal too! The townhouse is brand new with ample space for us and our three kids. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing we would have liked to know is that the exterior was still under construction. We were looking forward to enjoying some outdoor space since the weather was nice but sadly, only dirt out front and back with no seating. I’m sure though that will come and future guests will get to enjoy!
