Studio was as described in the listing. It was good for my needs. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. The only issue was the parking. My pick up truck was too large to park at the end of drive. It turned out not to be an issue but check before booking.

Overall good

The place was clean, comfortable and with good assortment of household appliances. If you planning for a longer stay, the fridge might be a bit small; we stayed for 2 days. The instructions of assessment to our room were clear and nobody disturbed us during our stay. It was overall a good experience

The room was clean and it did look like the pictures online, however it is not said that there are two different studios (very close to eachother) in the same basement, with basically no sound isolation. There was a family in the studio next to us, and we could hear them talking and walking, and later at night around 11pm we could hear the residents making noise and walking around upstairs. We are also pretty much sure that the two studios shared the same code, which made us concerned for safety reasons. The parking was unclear, however the owners were easy to reach and did help us. The property is also close to the train station which was a big plus.

Hi Penelope, Thank you for your response. As far as I know, I do not have to mention the number of units I rent, as they are separate units and the amenities are also separate. However, I did mention that the owner lives upstairs. We didn't get any noise complaints from you while staying in the unit, so I'm not sure why you're now saying about the noise. In our welcome messages, we ask all our guests to reach out to us for any questions or concerns. If you had a safety concern about the other unit sharing the same passcode, why didn't you reach out to us? Your accusation about two units sharing the passcode is false, as we provide different passcodes to different units, and the new passcode is auto-generated every time a guest leaves.
