We choose the the neighborhood of Za-Zil Ha because of the proximity to 5th avenue, while still maintaining a quite space for relaxing by the beach. Coco beach is one of the top beaches in Playa Del Carmen!
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique due to it's location. A 2 min walk to the beach, a 5 min walk to 5th avenue action. Quite retirement like complex with extremely well maintained pool.
