This exceptional space, located in the heart of Montmartre,
was originally a painter's studio before becoming a charming flat.
On one side, the living room overlooks the pretty Montmartre façades.
On the other, the bedroom has an extremely unobstructed south-facing view.
The 55 m2 flat (592sqft) was completely refurbished in January 2024.
Very comfortable, it comprises a very bright bedroom with a double bed
(King size 180 x200 cm) with three windows, one of which overlooks the garden,
a bathroom with shower and separate heated toilet,
a large living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen
and two very large picture windows with views of small Montmartre buildings.
Across the street is a famous grocery shop.

Super charming apt with tasteful furnishings, upgraded appliances-first class! Even though the front faced a busy street, I had no prob’s sleeping in the bedroom, which was very quiet. I would be happy to return.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is. The location is perfect and felt very safe. Every little detail from light fixtures to faucets seem intentionally chosen to be delightful. The owners were so gracious and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel as welcome as family. If I could move to Paris, that apartment is where I would want to live. You won’t be sorry you booked it!

This adorable apartment was in the best neighborhood of Montmartre - surprisingly quiet and very spacious! The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking and nights in when we wanted to stay in and enjoy our neighborhood. A grocery store was conveniently located across the street. The host and hostess were very helpful and provided all we could want for. I would definitely come back the next time we are in Paris.

Located in the heart of the Bohemian Montmarte neighborhood, this flat offers exceptionally easy access to the Sacre-Coeur Cathedral, many boutique-style shops and restaurants in the vibrant Abbessess area, historically significant sites associated with the artists Renoir and Utrillo, and the Tour de France Stage 21 cycling route as of the 2025 and 2026 layout. More broadly, it is just a few blocks from the Pigalle metro station for fast access into Paris to see additional sites.The flat is clean, plenty spacious for a couple, and offers the appliances needed for our 9 day stay. However, beware that like many apartments in Paris, it does not have central AC, But, the hosts have installed an effective portable unit in the bedroom that works well and mitigates the late-night sounds of this bustling area that can be heard through the normally open windows.The hosts were exceptional, and they worked hard to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. So much so that we ended-up having them over for cheese and refreshments one evening, which was a first for us and them.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property right in the heart of Montmarte! The hosts were so kind and welcoming, met us at the property and had a lot of great tips and recommendations. Their home has everything you need for your stay. You can tell they put a lot of love in their home and hosting guests. It is on the ground floor so no stairs, and you are steps away from cafes, restaurants, bars, music, and a market. You are very close to the train stations and it was easy to get around. We came during the hot summer and they even put in an AC for the bedroom so our sleep was very comfortable! The only thing to note is that because this is in a very busy tourist street, we kept the shades closed so people couldn’t see us inside, and there is not an outside terrace to relax in if that’s what you enjoy. The property inside is very quiet despite the lively surroundings. The area also felt very safe. We would definitely book again if we find ourselves back in Montmarte in the future!
