Welcome to our newly renovated Tuscan-style villa ideally situated with just a 4min stroll away from the vibrant main street of Stanthorpe! As you step inside, you'll be surrounded by the warmth of European charm, cosy furnishings and reminders of an idyllic Italian getaway.

The villa boasts three luxurious bedrooms and an exquisite bathroom, adorned with antique gold tapware, a solid concrete bath and a century-old coloured glass window steeped in a history all its own. The curved stone mosaic shower, complimented by a beautiful leadlight window, overlooks the tranquil backyard gardens.

For culinary enthusiasts, the Tuscan-style kitchen is a haven of inspiration, equipped with brand new appliances and adorned with a handcrafted Italian tile mural. Whether you're cooking up a storm or prefer to savour your morning coffee at the kitchen island, every moment is infused with the essence of Italian flavour.

The heart of the home lies in the rustic timber dining area, where a generously sized table accommodates gatherings of up to 8 people, offering panoramic views of the lush surroundings - illuminated by a captivating leadlight chandelier depicting grapes and Italian landscapes.

As a nod to nostalgia, the classic 'Hankin' Arcade Game Table awaits, promising hours of retro entertainment with timeless favorites such as Pacman, Space Invaders, Galaga, Frogger etc…those who know, know!

In the cosy lounge room, adorned with plush seating and a crackling fireplace, unwind with a glass of wine from local wineries or immerse yourself in a movie from the extensive DVD collection, all showcased on a generous 65” flatscreen TV.
