My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!!
Overall, the building was well maintained and the property was clean. We did experience an issue with the first room we were assigned, but we were moved promptly. However, the access codes were not properly updated, which caused a problem on the second day when we were unable to reenter the property. We had to call the 24 hour customer service line and, after about 40 minutes, were finally able to regain access. That was very frustrating. That said, I believe this was an isolated incident. The property itself was otherwise a positive experience, and I would consider staying there again in the future.
