Perfect location; great unit

The condo is charming; furnishings are unusually cozy and comfortable for a rental. Location is stellar with beach access just steps away. We will definitely be back.

Terribly uncomfortable bed, dried stains on couch pillows from previous visitors, lint caked in the dryer vent. Then, to require visitors to purchase their own dish soap and toilet paper- seems like that could’ve been provided by the property all things considered. The maintenance staff member Ben was extremely kind and quick to respond to the bug and filter problems.

We provide a starter pack of supplies, and this is communicated before arrival; we’ll work on making that information clearer so guests know what to expect. In coastal areas, pests can be common, but the property is on a pest control program and has been treated.

Beautiful views

The condo was clean and very nicely furnished. The bed was VERY comfortable. The view of the water was gorgeous. The only drawback is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Its tough to bring up your bags and groceries. Thats the only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5.
