Talk about a one-of-a-kind experience! This spacious walk-out basement suite, with a separate entrance to the main log house, is one of the most unique places to stay in the resort of Rossland, BC.
The property is located in the centre of a 29 acre working goat farm, complete with 360o mountain views and all the peace and quiet that you could ask for on a farm and only 12 minutes from the ski resort of Red Mountain.
The suite itself is extremely cosy in the winter - you have complete control over the heat settings. In the summer the suite stays cool due to the construction so there is no need for air-conditioning.
Hiking, biking, snow shoeing & slack country skiing trails are accessible from your front door!

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Turn off the lights
Please leave the garbage and any compost in the suite. All our garbage has to be bear proof, so it's a process that we prefer to do ourselves.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Gates - please always make sure the garden gates are alway shut. This keeps our veggie garden and our dogs safe. Thanks!

The apartment had everything we needed and was a very comfortable size. The unique location was also a great experience, and access to Red Mountain was only a short drive away.
Lovely, welcoming hosts. Adrian was kind and chatty. Helpful with understanding local area and offwred to go skiing at Red with us, but unfortunately we had to move on witg our trip. Amanda was also kind and introduced us to all of the animals on the farm.
The goat farm is real!
My stay here was excellent and everything was as described in the description. The hosts were always around and exceedingly friendly.
Our hosts were genuinely the kindest people I've met in a VERY long time. They helped us with finding trails to MTB and even let me pet the goats! Their dogs were very friendly and there was an adorable cat that would come say hi. Cannot recommend this spot enough, we will definitely stay here if we're in town again.
The wall out apartment is new and well appointed. We took advantage of the farm tour and met both of our hosts. Great people and very responsive to our needs. The entire experience was exceptional, we will be back.
We instantly fell in love with this very clean and spacious BnB. Amanda and Adrien were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and fun for the kids. The kids loved seeing the farm animals and playing with the very friendly cat. We especially loved the enclosed yard the kids could play in. The property is the perfect mix of being close to town (and the skihill) yet feels very private and rural. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and anything you might need for cooking. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we will be back!
