About this property

Beautiful Large family home, with gorgeous saltwater pool in a tropical garden oasis.
bbq, outdoor lounges, garden outlook from each window, huge kitchen and dining with 8 seater table, perfect for family gatherings.
6 minute drive to the beach, walking distance to an amazing family park. Kids play room filled with toys. Pets are allowed but ONLY in the back patio please, not inside!

2 mins to local shopping. 5 minutes to Brunswick, 15 mins to By
The space
As you walk through the gorgeous timber double doors you see directly out to the saltwater pool and tropical garden, walk through the lounge with two large comfy couches and big TV with Netflix and Stan. Into a extra large kitchen & dining area great for family/ friends dinners.
The house has 4 bedrooms with comfy beds and build in robes, plus a cute study with desk and garden outlook and a kids play room filled with toys and games!
Beautiful lush surrounding gardens which you can view from every window..
Unfortunately we don’t allow parties or events, but a family gathering or quiet group of friends are ok on request.
