Nearby attractions include New Farm Park’s historic rose gardens, Broadwater Parklands’ lagoon and playgrounds, and Windaroo Lakes Golf Club’s scenic bushland course. Explore the Berrinba Wetlands or enjoy a meal at Cafe 63, a local favorite.

This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home sits comfortably in the backyard, about 50 meters from a non-functioning shed and close to the lake. It features easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. - Pets should be kept on lead at all times
- Pets are strictly not allowed on beds or sofas
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property
- We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay
- Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival, if you plan to bring your pets to our property
- Please clean up after your pets' shedding before checking out including any droppings, to help maintain cleanliness and comfort for everyone


Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
