Wonderful, clean, beautifully furnished apartment centrally located, steps away from the Barrie Waterfront trail. My stay here was amazing. The hosts are very friendly and always available. The apartment has a great kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom is luxurious and has a steam shower. The sunroom is an added bonus and it was lovely to enjoy the view with my morning coffee.

This is a great little apartment, well-appointed and well-situated. It is very convenient to downtown Barrie and has all the amenities you could desire. Communication with the host was easy.It's an old home turned into commercial space long ago, with a design studio downstairs and two apartments upstairs. Kinda steep stairs, but the apartment has a nice, modern design. Appliances all relatively new. It's nice and light as there are no tall buildings nearby.The bathroom with walk-in shower and the laundry facilities are nice.
