Hacienda del Mar is a combination of (2) identical townhomes located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family and friends to enjoy! It is half block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office, three blocks from the movie theater, and four blocks from a new public boat ramp. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, four (4) flat screen LED TVs (the living room TVs are 65" and 60" smart TVs), leather sectional sofas/recliner, ceramic tile counter tops, washer/dryer, and central air .
Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the private swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool. The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool.
House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

Thank you for the review, although disappointing because we received NO communication at all during the stay despite our attempts to make sure everything was good. We prefer to be told when there is a problem during the stay rather than finding out two weeks after the guest left. We are local and just a phone call away, and very proud of our properties!

I started investing in Real Estate in SPI back in 2009, where I bought a townhome for our use, but we used it for only a couple of weeks during the year. So I started renting it short term and realized I was meeting wonderful people always wanting to relax and enjoy the Island... I loved it so much that I bought the unit next door, and then a unit one block away, and so forth... it's been a wonderful journey. We now own 36 units and are currently managing 6 additional units belonging to friends! I retired from the industry and I am doing this full time!
