While the house is close to the beach, the back bedroom does not have air conditioner. We called the rental company letting them know and they said they would send someone out to fix the air, but a repair person never came. It was miserably hot to the point where it was difficult to sleep. The keyless entry number pads did not work and the doors were incredibly difficult to open and close. One of the bedroom doors was falling off the hinges.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the house’s proximity to the beach worked well for you, and I’m sorry the back bedroom air wasn't working well for you. I also apologize for the trouble with the keyless entry, difficult doors, and the bedroom door coming off its hinges. We will have maintenance inspect and repair the AC, keypads, and door hardware, and we’ll follow up with the vendor about the missed service call.
