The expansive home includes vaulted ceilings throughout and a professionally designed interior for you to relax and enjoy. The chef’s kitchen is beautifully designed with ample storage and striking views of the natural grounds.



The Space:

Spend your days working or reading a book in the study, filling the home with music played on the Grand piano or enjoying a meal on the outdoor deck. The media room allows you to bring the outdoors in through the French doors while you’re enjoying your favorite film. In addition to the ample seating outdoors perfect for al fresco dining, there is also a lovely fire pit to curl up next to with a nice glass of wine. The primary bedroom offers striking views of the Santa Ynez mountains and the lush greenery through the French doors and floor to ceiling windows with an ensuite bath. There is a charming guest bedroom with a shared guest bathroom. The media room also has a Murphy bed for additional sleeping use.

Pictures properly profile the property. Our favorite part was the natural setting of the home. Inserted into the hillside in a heavily canopied oak forest. That protects the home and patio form constant direct sun light which lends to a cool calm atmosphere.
