When you check out, please follow these simple garbage disposal guidelines: Kitchen waste should go in green bags only. Pls leave all garbage bags inside the apartment,cleaner will take care of them.
Large plastic containers and cardboard boxes can be placed in the bins outside. Kindly avoid disposing of food outside, as it may attract raccoons or other animals.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note that your reservation includes one parking for 1 car. For 2nd car parking is available for additional $10.
The laundry is available only for min 3 night reservation. It's available once in 3 nights during 7pm-7 am weekdays and anytime during weekends.

We were most impressed by how clean the unit appeared. The beds were very comfortable; my 6 year old granddaughter liked the "bouncy sofa"! I enjoyed the variety of plants along the walkways. The unit was well-lit and well organized for its compact size.

Very nice 2 bedroom

Was a great place to stay, very close to the hockey rink we were at. Lots of restaurants in the area. Was the perfect spot for us. Clean and comfortable, the hosts were great and easy to get ahold of. Will definitely stay again.

This is a nice & quiet 2 bedroom basement layout that has most everything you will need for your stay in a very safe and convenient neighbourhood and close to many amenities. Jaya is an excellent, friendly host that is always available to her clients. We had to extend our trip twice for various reasons and Jaya was more than happy to help make this happen seamlessly. We also needed a late checkout time and Jaya accommodated this request as long as her place wasn't booked which was understood and greatly appreciated.

We were in the area for a Lacrosse tournament. The apartment was immaculate and our hosts had thought of and supplied everything that we could need. Our hosts answered all our questions and emails promptlyAs persons of a certain age our knowledge of Smart TV is negligable and when we couldnt get the tv to work our host came to the apartment and helped us and even wrote out step by step instructions for us to followWe would very much recommend our hosts and their property

Very clean. H ad a bit of problem checking in but it was solved quickly by renter..Only problem and i know it is hard but noise from upstairs, woke us early and were gone.by 8ish.Everything else very good .
