A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach and the Bay making it the place to both begin and end your day. The well-stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. The Primary Bedroom with plush Queen Bed, amazing Views, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bath is located just off of the Living Area. The Primary Bath features a custom tile Walk-in Shower.

The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $75 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage.

Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed. Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
