Terrible

Only 4 towels for 5 people House is old and not clean. It is not a cottage rather a 1950’s or 60’s weatherboard . A used bar of soap in the shower with black hair in it. Wet hand towel in the bathroom so no useable hand towel Dishes still in the drying rack on arrival A 2 seater couch and an armchair and 2 footstools is not enough for 5 adults The rear garden is rough and not inviting All the beds are double and mattresses not at all comfortable The house is located in an average area of town The toilet was dirty I would not recommend anyone stay there nor would I stay there again. For the price it is a total rip off and falls well below what you would expect for a property listed on Stayz.

Some of your comments are not true. But I still accept your comments. I put unopened soap there, you didn’t mention. Just talk about that opened soap. Beds are not all doubles. One bed is queen and two beds are double. You didn’t feel beds were comfortable, I can’t really comment. Couch and chairs are enough for 4 adults. But why 5 adults ? Your booking was 4 adults 1 child and 1 pet. More towels are still in the cabinet. And you also threw some towels on the bathroom floor. Dog smells were still there when I walked in. I don’t know if you used these towels and washed your pet or not. Because of this experience, I will not accept pets anymore. You talked about location is average. So, which location is very special to you? I didn’t list as a luxury home, just homey. You said that price is too high and I also accept that. So, I will lower the price. Anyway, I will improve and change anything that you mentioned in the future
