THE MOOK- The perfect original beachfront shack


Perfect location. We’ve got the basics covered in style. Perfect for families, couples or small groups.

The back sun deck looks directly out onto the waves of Mollymook Beach and the famous surf Break 'The Reef'. There is private direct access from the backyard to the beach. Watch out for pods of Dolphins or whales breaching.

We recommend The Mook as being most suitable for a family, or couples.

You will be rocked to sleep to the sound of waves.

Cook inside on the outdoor BBQ, fire pit or give a paella a go on the deck. Wander to local hatted restaurants, Gwylo, The Milton Hotel, Bannisters, or Milkhaus. Book before you arrive.

The most amazing house! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Mook and I’m certain you will too. A short stroll to the sand, great restaurants nearby, and views that genuinely stop you in your tracks.The Mook has everything you could possibly need — whether it’s a quiet couples’ escape or a fun, energetic week with the kids. There’s so much beautiful space, and that view… you really do have to see it to believe it. Great little spot pretty quirky just needs a couple of ceiling fans and a broom and vac so we can clean up after ourselves better as is right on the beach which is fabulous. Thankyou for having it otherwise so well equipped we loved it.
