The communication was very proactive from Halo. They sent messages frequently with reminders and information. The proximity to the old city and downtown were good. Parking was navigable. I would stay again.
This is a great little studio apartment in a walkable, fun area. It is perfect for couples or singles. The host is responsive and friendly when you have a question. We would stay there again without hesitation.
Clean enough and adequate accommodation for 2. Nothing special and definitely not value for money at the highly inflated graduation weekend rate. Building is run down and has a poorly maintained exterior. Communal hallway reeks of cat urine and has cobwebs, beer cans litter the exterior window sills. Appliances functioned and bathroom was alright, but quite outdated and drab. The hospitality company had multiple automated reminders and was overly communicative. So many rules and reminders that one email could have sufficed
Perfect size for 2 guests. Easy walking access to downtown. Comfy quarters. Coffee shops, restaurants, and great food hall within 3 blocks of loft. Only challenge was with checking in. No address number on building and lock box was difficult to find. Directions could be more clearly written.

Communication
The place was clean and cozy and the location was amazing! I was disappointed in communication from the property management, however. I asked for the address the morning of my stay so I could plug it into my GPS for the trip and was given lip service as to why this wasn't possible. Also, once I arrived, the key code didn't work and it took some back and forth to get the info on this from the property manager while I stood outside with my luggage. It turns out they'd given me an incorrect code. Finally, I unfortunately left an item behind and was told they had then told it was discarded then told they had it then told it was a $50 fee to have it returned... the item was worth about $25..... :/ I enjoyed my stay, overall, but was very disappointed in the property management staff.
Location with regard to restaurants and college was ideal for the things we were doing. Upon check in, it was obvious corners had been taken to make sure the property was clean. I contacted the manager and did receive an immediate response and clean sheets were dropped off to us. The txt response was not appreciated and reads as follows: “Hey Amanda. I've checked the cleaning team schedule, unfortunately, since it’s the weekend, our cleaning team is fully occupied and we won’t be able to send anyone tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Those particular areas are usually part of our deep-cleaning routine, but we’ll make sure they’re given special attention during next services so they’re fully taken care of. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll ensure this doesn’t get overlooked moving forward.”I responded with the fact that ‘Wiping a windowsill, vacuuming a floor properly, removing bugs and hair from lamp bases and surfaces are not deep cleaning! I've owned a cleaning company for years and that is absolutely basic Cleaning. Not acceptable!’The issues we had were: dirty window ceils, empty beverage can left upside down draining in sink, sand/ dirt in sheets, garment tag left on counter from recent purchase etc
Although the room was comfortable and clean, the exterior of the property was filthy. The entrance way, stairwell, and parking lot were full of trash. There were many lock boxes attached near the doorway making it difficult to determine which one had the key we needed. It took several tries to get the correct lock box open and obtain our key to the building
We loved the proximity to downtown. The apartment was very nice. However, this place is not ideal for those with cat allergies, not because of the apartment itself, but the apartment directly across the hall reeks of cat urine which seeps into this space.
