Wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of extra blankets and throws for the beds. Beautiful views to wake up to each morning! Lovely stretch of beach to walk along.10min drive into tatamagouche, which is a really lovely town. 2 great restaurants and local brewing company. All close early, but that suits us with kids to eat early. 30min drive to ski Wentworth, brilliant slopes to explore.
The cottage was very clean, well appointed and in a lovely, quiet location. A special thank you to Lorena and Amy, who clean and look after the rental. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Lorena went beyond her job requirements in resolving a minor issue for us. As well, thank you to both of them for ensuring that the rental property was inviting and very clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental property.
“We are Jamanda and Rob. We live in St. Margarets Bay, NS, a charming area just outside Halifax. Enamored by the beauty of the North Shore, we chose to buy and then build our cottages here. Our hope is to extend this tranquil environment to others, especially those seeking a break from city life!”
