Apartment is superb property, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. What unique about this apartment is the breathtaking sea view from the living room opens onto the terrace. Sleep 4-6 persons. It has 2bedrooms and double sized sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is ensuite, whilst the other has easy access to a large bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a separate cloakroom. The open plan kitchen,
dining room is complemented by the comfortable living space. Panoramic views of the sea are provided all year round through the large patio doors. The apartment is light and cool for the summer but becomes a cosy space for the winter with the wood burning stove. The beach is just in front of your apartment. Nearby is a supermarket, numerous restaurants, and a medical clinic. Well known golf courses and tennis club, gym are also near.

House above expectations. Fully equipped. Fantastic vieuw. Nearby Carvoeira, a very nice village in walking distance. Beach, and plenty of terrasses, shops and restaurants. Parking at 10m. Spar 150m.

What an amazing Apartment. I wish it was mine.

Perfect location

Second time staying in this apartment. Lovely and spacious only 2 of us staying though but would be enough room for family of 4/5. Views are amazing looking out to sea you can watch the boats all day coming and going. Shops, restaurants and just behind apartment and a short walk down hill into town. Masako is very easy to deal with and accommodating for eary arrivals/departures. Will be booking again.

Ideal location. Great space for families, 5 minute walk from great restaurants and spar supermarket when you turn right out of the gate, and if you turn left you are 5 / 10 walk into town centre on a slight incline. Will be back.

Absolutely amazing!

This was by far the most amazing place I have stayed in. It was everything we expected and more! Would recommend to anyone staying in the Algarve and hope to be back in the future for a longer stay next time.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this place! The location is perfect - a quiet road but minutes from town and the beach. The terrace was even better than the photos - so large, well equipped and fabulous views over the ocean. We saw dolphins going by each day. The place is very well equipped with everything you will need and Masako was welcoming and helpful. There is lots of space inside although we spent most of our time on the terrace! Several great restaurants within 2 minutes. The many 5 star reviews are well deserved. I hope we can go back someday!

The apartment location is perfect. Close to the main beach area but far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. View is beautiful. It is very spacious and airy. Masako was very helpful and easy to contact. The bed in the master was not very comfortable and the shower in the master could use refreshing. The air conditioning works very well and was nice to have.

Amazing, just perfect

This villa with its fantastic balcony was great. It was very clean and had all the amenities you need. The location was close to a local beach and 10 mins to the town. The host Masako was a pleasure to deal with and was prompt to deal with any issues we D during our stay. Thoroughly recommended

Highly recommendable accommodation

Perfect location on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Carvoeiro. Large terrace with dining table and sun loungers incl. parasol and awning; beautiful view of the sea. The flat is very spacious and excellently equipped. Sufficient parking and shopping facilities are also available. Communication with the landlady was also excellent. We would come back at any time!

Great Location

Apartment is spacious well equipped in a good location with beautiful seaviews, plenty of sun all day on the terrace, there is a awning if sun gets to hot, there are some very nice restaurants just at the back of the apartment. Walking to town centre takes about 5 minutes down hill with a lovely beach. Communication with Masako was excellent who met us at the apartment with key & a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. Will be booking for next year.

A pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay here during our 3 day visit to Carvoeiro. The property is well located just outside town and has a lovely view of the ocean. Masako was excellent to communicate with and the unit was clean. We did hear noise from guests in the apartment above which was a little annoying, but didn't overly impact our enjoyment of the property. With a little freshening up (eg. replacement of kitchen chair pads and newer bedding/towels) I would have given Masako's property 5 stars.
