This charming townhouse offers the ultimate base for your holiday. The apartment is situated only 350 metres from Carvoeiro town centre with its many shops, bars, restaurants and golden sand beach. It's situated on a small holiday complex, very popular with families. There is a communal pool with poolside snack bar. However the pièce de résistance is the new private, roof terrace with it stunning sea views. A superb spot where you while away the hours relaxing.



There is air conditioning throughout and the house has free Wi-Fi, cable channels and a flat screen TV.



A cot and high chair are available on request.



Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. There is a scuba diving centre nearby, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom resides on the first floor and has a large double bed and patio doors opening onto a terrace with stairs leading up to the roof terrace with its breathtaking panoramic sea views. There is an attached ensuite bathroom comprising of his and hers vanity unit, WC, bidet and walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a second bathroom with vanity unit, WC, bidet and walk in shower. There is an open plan living/dining area also on this level which opens onto a lawned area dressed with sunbeds and umbrella. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need and door opening onto a terrace with table and chairs.

Lovely property in a beautiful area which was an easy walk to the town centre, although it is hilly so maybe consider this if any mobility issues. Great pool, restaurants and bar with lovely cocktails. A great to location to explore on foot along the coastal trailtaxi and water taxi in neighbouring village. Very friendly area with amazing places to eat

This is such a special place. It's well maintained, clean and tidy with great amenities. There's lots of space and our family of 4 were very comfortable. Lovely Property with fabulous roof terrace

We had a lovely stay in this property. It was clean, spacious and had fabulous views. The property company were very easy to deal with and called round to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It is an ideal location with a few bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. The supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk. It is less than a 5 minute walk down to the main square in the town.

We just spent a week at Michelle's property. It was a great size with absolutely everything we needed the whole time we were there. The home was all fitted out with really secure locks and doors which we liked as we've never had the best run of luck getting robbed...so this was a comfort. It was like a home from home. Some restaurants on your doorstep with others a short walk into the main town. The place was cleaned once when we were there and towels changed which was lovely. The roof terrace was the big selling point whereby you literally could spend your whole holiday on it. The views from it were also spectacular and really was incredible and if you are wanting a relaxing holiday to decompress then this is where you want to go. Loved it.

Geweldig ruim appartement

Geweldig ruim appartement. Uitstekend te doen voor 4 volwassenen. Buiten de 2 slaapkamers, beschikt de huiskamer ook nog over en bedbank. 2e dag werd door een medewerker aangebeld en gevraagd of alles ok was, of dat er nog ergens behoefte aan was. De beheerder ging ook erg flexibel om met de aankomt- en vertrektijden. De 3e of 4e dag werd door een interieur verzorgster het hele huis weer doorgewerkt. Het is wel een heuveltje af naar het centrum van Carvoeiro, maar goed te doen. Het appartement beschikt ook over een heerlijk dakterras. Op minder dan 50m afstand een zwembad en een horeca centrum met verschillende gelegenheden waar je kunt ontbijten, lunchen of dineren. Op 100m afstand een heerlijke pizzeria en een supermarktje voor de dagelijkse dingen waaronder verse broodjes.
