About this property

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located tropical setting. Sitting on a quiet no through road opposite a creek and reserve thats teeming with birdlife and the resident Koala. Situated less than 7 mins drive to Beach, Flinders University& Hospital ,Westfield Shopping Precinct and you can walk to the pub or restaurants in about 6 min.Close to public transport .Cosy yet spacious. Best suited for 1 to 2 people Not suitable for kids or pets. 25 mins drive to City ctr or Adelaide airport.

The space
This is a combined bedroom/lounge/kitchen with a separate bathroom . It's quite spacious with a small dining table for 2 ,bar with 4 stools inside & 4 outside . The kitchen is a full size ( not kitchenette)

Guest access
The front of the studio is all paved and you can use this area to sit / bbq/ and use the bar with opening out window and it is not shared with the owners although they may drive or walk into the garage using the paved area.

Other things to note
Strictly no smoking/ vaping inside .However you may by all means smoke away from the building .( we have a little designated area over to the side ) Not at the bar please.

This is my first year being a host so this is all new to me . I work 4 or 5 days a week . I'm a pretty shy / private but social person. I won't bother you but don't hesitate to sms me if you need or want to know something . I can't always answer straight away but will try my hardest. Cheers

Why they chose this property

I love the creek setting across the road with no homes opposite which guarantees privacy. We see the odd koala or echidna and plenty of bird life including kookaburras and beautiful coloured parrotts and yet walking distance to grab a meal at the pub or restaurants. There are frogs living along the creek . The beach is only a 7 minute drive . The closest winery is a 6 minute drive (3.3km). All this in middle of suburbia . My property has about 17 mature palm trees across the front which attracts birds but also possums . We also have a 7 day medical centre and chemist in the street. The studio itself is constructed of solid brick and concrete ceiling so it is fairly soundproof once you are in with door and windows closed . It is built into the hill so it is very cool in summer .

What makes this property unique

Lovely outlook while laying in bed or sitting at the bar with a couple of coldies. Easy to get anywhere whilst not being out in the middle of nowhere. Can order take away food from pretty much any outlet you can think of . Slice of country in the suburbs.
