This is a fantastic, modern condo. Its layout and design resemble a New York loft with all of the benefits of the Florida sunshine! It is an open concept: kitchen, dining, living room, lanai. As well, it is no more than 20 steps to the pool and Jacuzzi.
Kitchen is all new: high end appliance, granite, etc.
Both bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2016.
Emerald Greens is a lovely place to spend your winter. Owners and renters alike return year after year.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The most time consuming work for the cleaners is laundry. If possible, please keep up with beach towels, etc. towards the end of your stay. That would be a great help.
On the morning of Check Out, please strip the sheets.
Move all sheets and towels to the laundry room.
Replace any moved furniture.
Remove all perishable items.
Empty the trash.
Leave the Welcome Folder, pool key, and garage door opener on the counter.
Leave the keys under the mat at the front door..
Safe travels home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
