Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance. >>If more than 5 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Guest Rules ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>Parking is limited: maximum of 1 car. >>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance. >>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required). >>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

We loved staying in this unit. Perfect location and it had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back!
This was a great escape for our family, great location and facilities, the beds were comfortable, self contained and everything you need to keep 3 teenagers happy, absolute sensational location, right next to the Southbank parklands as well with all the restaurants and eateries, we will definitely be back as I cannot rate this place high enough

Loved the finishing touches; bottle of wine, nespresso pods, milk and essentials to get started. Shower amenities and literally out the door to south bank park lands. Couldn’t have picked a better spot.
