Welcome to Nirv'Anna! Beach, Hot Tub, Outdoor Fireplace, Quiet Cove, Public Side

Beautiful modern home in a secluded lake front setting on the public side. Private sand beach in perfect cove for swimming or laying out in the lake (added in 2018). Hot tub in lower deck area. Firewood provided for outdoor fireplace. Minutes away from restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. Kayak distance from the Cove, restaurant and bar. 12 feet deep at end of dock. Includes wireless internet and cable with premium channels. Comes with paddle boards, canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, floats, etc. Includes 4 full and 1 half baths including a brand new full bath as of February 2018. Rooms include 4 king beds (2 upstairs, 1 on the main floor, and 1 on the lower level), 1 queen bed on the lower level, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that include 4 full and 2 twins (one with a full/full bunk and another room with 2 full beds each with a twin trundle underneath). Wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the lake with your gourmet coffee from the Miele espresso machine. Have cocktails on the huge deck and patio while the sun sets behind you casting breath-taking views over the lake. If you're the indoor type, catch up on your favorite shows on any one of our 42"+ flatscreen TVs in nearly every room, sharpen your pool game, practice your foosball, or play bartender behind the downstairs wet bar. Please inquire regarding large events as additional fees may apply or garbage, cleaning, etc. We also offer 1 or 2 jet skis for 7 day rentals. The jet skis will be waiting for you on the jet ski ramps when you show up with someone to walk you through how to operate them. Inquire for the rental prices on either 1 or 2 jet skis. Golf? For a fee, we can set up a time to play at the newly developed and private Cutalong golf course. Please note: the internet is awful in general. We are on our third provider option (Hughes), using a corporate account. There are unfortunately no good options until they extend Verizon or Comcast to the area. We are on the waitlist for Starlink (expected end of 2022/early 2023).

BAG TRASH. Leave trash bins outside garage. Pickup is on Friday. Cost for unbagged trash is $100/bin.

Amazing Property!

We had a large group stay for an extended Easter weekend and this home is amazing! The kitchen was newly renovated and the floors in the basement were also new. Callie clearly takes care of this place. In addition, she was very fast to respond to any questions. We enjoyed evenings by the outdoor fireplace, fishing, and the canoe/kayaks. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather or have their own space. I would highly recommend Nirv'Anna to anyone looking for a beautiful and functional location for larger groups.

Perfect Spot for a Group of Friends and Family

Perfect size and great amenities for a group of 17 adults. The owners were responsive leading up to and during our stay, answering any questions promptly. The house and grounds are quite private and offer beautiful views. The amenities (pool table, foosball table, hot tub, lake front, kayaks/canoes/SUPs) were all in great working order and led to a lot of fun. Our group all agreed that we would love to plan another trip to Nirv'Anna!

Perfect place for our work retreat

Our team of 7 had a 3 day work retreat and loved the space at Nirv'Anna. Everyone had their own room and the living space was great for having an all day meeting. This was our second year utilizing the space for our meeting and we hope to continue every year. Calli and Chris were very responsive before, during and after our departure.

Our names are Chris and Calli and we live in Vienna, VA. Chris is from Lynchburg, VA and Calli is from Cleveland, OH. We have two boys and we all love time spent together on vacation swimming, fishing, and boating. We're super thankful for the opportunity to rent Nirv'Anna out to other friends and families to make their own memories at the lake.

Why they chose this property

After renting many other properties at various locations and evaluating many homes over the years, we discovered 16201 Hickory Cut ln, in Mineral, VA. After driving down a mile long paved driveway, the trees open up and there's the house surrounded by beautiful, leafy banana trees. This is your clear indication that you're on vacation. Once you walk into the house, you first notice the two story great room with a wall of windows giving you the perfect view of the lake.

What makes this property unique

This house is on the perfect quiet deep cove that's big enough for swimming and floating but not where you're swimming by everyone else's dock and boat slips. The views from the deck of this elevated lot are the best you'll see at Lake Anna. Very secluded with no neighbors to the right of the property. Located close to restaurants, boat rentals, and Food Lion for groceries.
