Shorehouse @ Sherkston

It is our family’s pleasure to share our waterfront property with you. We are located on a quiet street in the park with the best lake sunsets on this side of Lake Erie. You are minutes away from the main beach but can enjoy your own rock and water oasis @Shorehouse.

You will enjoy panoramic views and a beautiful breeze off the lake from the kitchen to the stunning sunroom.

Spacious and immaculately clean, we take great care in providing a comfortable and functional vacation property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash and recycling needs to be taken to the garbage and recycling center on the Main Street of the resort.
Turn off the air conditioner from the thermostat by sliding the thermostat mode at the off position. Turn off all 3 ceiling fans.
All patio furniture cushions should be returned to the patio box on the side of the house. For any that do not fit, place in the small sunroom on the black shelf.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The view and location was incredible, the cottage was updated, clean, and the staging was so perfect! The hosts were wonderful; very responsive ABs answered all my questions. They even checked in to make sure everything was okay when we arrived. We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful place at Sherkston

This is one of the loveliest cottages on Sherkston shores. If you’re familiar with the resort, you will appreciate this location and the decor. Many other cottages have trailer-type appliances, while this one felt like home. There’s a convenient beer fridge on the patio, as well as a Nespresso in the kitchen. Morning coffee while watching the waves roll in was pretty wonderful. Just be sure to pack your own linens and towels and get ready to enjoy the lovely southern shore of Canada!

Beautiful Slice of Sherkston Shores

We had a lovely stay with our kids and another family. The cottage was clean and spacious as shown in the photos.The outdoor living space was by far our favourite feature as it felt like we were looking out into the ocean. Sunsets were amazing! Highly recommend renting the golf cart to get to and from the beach and elsewhere. Sherkston, in general is bustling with activities and people, perhaps not for families looking for a quieter retreat. That said, we felt lucky to have this great spot to experience the best of both worlds, as it really was more removed from the busier hub. Hosts were quit to reply to all inquiries. Overall, very impressed.
