For families with children, please note that we take safety seriously and have additional precautions in place, such as window stays and supervision in certain areas. Our deck in the rear garden offers stunning views, but we kindly ask that you supervise children in this area due to its potential for a significant fall from height.

Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
