The Space:
This suite is a repeated guest favorite because of its massive ocean views and magnificent sunsets from the terrace.

You will love the view as you enter! It’s all ocean view, and when you step out onto the terrace, you’ll be overlooking the complex’s beachside pool. Listening to the waves crashing at night as you fall asleep is one of the highlights, but you can also catch a sea breeze in the morning with your coffee or enjoy a sunset cocktail and the brilliant tangerine sky at sundown.

The condo is a cozy 40 sqm (430 sq ft) of living space, but you can fit 4 guests! There are two twin beds (that can be pushed together to create a king bed if desired), and the sofa in the room opens to a double sofa bed for flexible sleep space or for two more sleepers.

The sofa is comfortable and perfect for relaxing at home after a big day. There’s a Smart TV to watch your shows and unwind. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a rainfall showerhead for when you come in and need to wash the sand off!

Don’t feel like going out to eat? The kitchenette is well-equipped with everything you’d need to prepare a basic meal, including a full refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and cooking utensils. There’s a dining table with 4 cushioned chairs to enjoy your meals. It also makes a nice laptop workspace, if you need to remote work. (and we hope not!)

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the condo building amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Condominios Girasol is an excellent beachfront location and not very touristy. You’ll find more of a chill local vibe here. There is a nice restaurant onsite and a little market for convenience. If you take a stroll down the beach, you’ll find many oceantfont restaurants and a spa just a block away. To explore further, take a 10-mile drive (16 km) up the coast to downtown for more fun, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, shopping and activities.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), about 18 km | 11 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, there will be a non-reimbursable fee of 100 MXN per guest for a check-in bracelet granting access to the premises. This fee applies per stay.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is not included in long-term stays (30+ nights). It’s charged at 6 MXN per kW based on the difference in the meter reading from check-in to check-out.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
To retrieve your keys, you’ll need to stop at the reception desk in the lobby and complete the registration process.
