1 bedroom condo at the Grand Venetian residential complex. Beautifully decorated, large balcony to enjoy views of Banderas Bay. Sleep comfortably in the bedroom atop the king size bed or convert the couch in the living area to a king size sleeper.

NOTE: There is a beach club nearby that plays music on the weekends from 12-10 pm.

A washer and dryer are located in the unit and available for stays one week or more. Wifi internet is standard in the unit as well as flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living area with local antennas for local stations and connected to apps such as Netflix and Youtube for your viewing pleasure.

THE BUILDING

This high-end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is 24/7. There are five pools to choose from including two large infinity pools next to the beach with exquisite views of town, boating and beach activities. Undergound parking beneath the tower is included and there is an exercise center, business center, tennis courts, game room, and movie theater seating larger groups.

Grand Venetian is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown.
The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Star Bucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street from fine dining options such as La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina, amongst others.
Along the beach it is a 45 minute walk to the city center. It is one of the few condos located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the unit.

At your doorstep is the newly opened La Isla shopping village, with high end American brand boutiques and typical Mexican restaurants. 

Other Things to Note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
