This beautiful Hamptons inspired villa is located in the heart of the Gold Coast. Just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Surfers Paradise and a 10 minute stroll to the famous golden beaches. Chevron Island offers calm island living with every holiday need just a stones throw.
The villa neighbours the stunning Home Of The Arts (HOTA) park and gallery 5 minuets from the front door. An endless choice of bars, restaurants and activities for the kids means a car is not necessary.

The villas outdoor living areas will give you the best of gold coast living with an undercover dining and BBQ area and sun lounge for relaxing.

The spacious open plan kitchen and living area is perfect for a family movie night or game night with the 75 inch smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Full size oven and ceramic glass stove top.

The master bedroom - with on suite has a queen bed with high end mattress, large wardrobe, 55 inch smart TV, AC and looks in to the rear garden sun lounge.

The double room - has a high end mattress, dressing table, large wardrobe and celling fan.

The single room - has a high end mattress, large wardrobe and celling fan.

All Beds have 5 star Quality bedding and towels for all guests.

The Villa is the complete left side duplex with no shared areas it is all yours including 1 covered car parking space (max hight 2m) and both gardens.

I am a full time Air BnB Manager and will be available to assist 12 Hours of the day and always happy to help.

Chevron Island is a medium density area with less noise than the centre of town. with all most all of what a good holiday will need a short walk away.

The Gold Coast tram is just a 10 minute walk from the villa, connecting you to Broad beach, the Star Casino and the famous Pacific Fair shopping centre. the tram can also take you to the train station where you can take the train to Brisbane for the day.
Bus stop is located at the end of the road giving you access to further networks of local areas.
so no need for a car

2ND Vehicle parking - road parking has a 3 hour limit 9am -7 pm Monday to Friday so it is not advised to keep a car in the street during the day as you may get a ticket. paid parking is available in town.
House rules
- The person making a booking must be present at key collection with our concierge or lock box.

- Please check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged, late check-outs may incur a “late checkout” fee of $75.

- Please respect the neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm, this includes loud music.

-In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. We do not allow for hens/bucks or adult entertainment. A call out to the property due to a non-comply of this policy will result in an instant eviction. No refund will be given.
