Enjoy a 'peace' of paradise in the heart of West Arm, Lake Nipissing. Extensive boating, great fishing, comfortable swimming, trans-Canadian hiking trails, public beaches, cliff jumping/diving, golf courses, lodges & resorts (restaurants & rentals), 4-wheeling areas, medical clinic/pharmacy, small motor & car mechanics, gas, live bait, groceries, bank, LCBO, medicinal dispensary, etc... all just a short ride away!

Free boat launch within minutes and ample parking in your own private driveway.

Double bed + futon can accommodate a couple or couple w/child.

Smoke & pet free environment.

South facing, elevated and close to the water, the view is postcard worthy!

Sitting under an overhang, the walk-out front balcony (inaccessible from outside) makes a great place to enjoy your morning nectar of the Gods, read a book, watch a lightning storm, etc...

A lower deck boasts an 8' X 10' carpeted & screened (May to mid Aug) gazebo with a table propane fireplace. FYI, a wood burning fire pit is available when no fire ban is in effect.
You'll also find a 3 burner BBQ and plenty of room.

The lower cement patio & your own dock allow more sun exposure to please the lounging sun worshippers!

Tap water is potable well water pulled from the main cottage.

32" Smart TV + free wi-fi (Starlink).

A separate structure by the water (not shown) can also be used as a games room, office and/or storage. This extra space houses PFDs, noodles, games, fishing stuff, table & chairs, etc... available for usage at your pleasure.

The guesthouse is adjacent to the property owner's cottage. Nevertheless, you will enjoy the entire space to yourself as it appears to be your own property. However, the garage is off limits!

The property and cottage were amazing. Very clean and totally relaxing. Beautiful water view with our own dock. We had the place to ourself but could reach out if we had any questions or issues.

We had a wonderful time staying at Luc's lakefront property. This is a beautiful "getaway" that is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean — every detail clearly cared for with pride. Luc was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We enjoyed the peaceful views, and our children loved the swing set and the separate boat house/game room. Everything about our stay was relaxing and seamless. We look forward to returning again!

We had a great time, bang for the buck and then some. The accommodations were just perfect for a small family. The was no shortage of any amenities and onsite outdoor entertainments with a paddle boat, canoe, fishing equipment, small kids playground and an outdoor fire pit. The inside of the unit was well equipped and very clean. Anything that you could think of short of a meat slicer you’ll find there. The host Luc was very kind and took us for a boat tour of the lake and its islands. The southern facing patio and dock was great for enjoying the sun all day.

The check-in was easy! Kitchen facilities and Wi-Fi access perfect. A cart was available at the top to bring our luggage to the cottage. As for the Host Luc was the best host yet in all our VRBO stays. He is someone who anticipates our needs, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and ensures we as guests felt comfortable and relaxed. He was attentive but not intrusive, he made everyone feel at ease. His generosity was admirable. The place is immaculate and well kept. We are going to book again for next year. We wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. This was our best experience we have had on any over night stay, anywhere! The property was extremely clean. Pretty private, Very well equipped with anything you might need. The views were spectacular, the water was beautiful and the dock and area around it well maintained. Great for a swim or some fishing,kayak/ canoeing. There are endless things to do. We will be back for sure. Luc the host was great, he was available for any questions we had. He made it a very inviting experience without being at all intrusive. Highly recommend!!!! Amazing place!

Peaceful getaway

Had a wonderful week of stay at Luc's cottage. Luc is one of the nicest host encountered over the years. Cottage is not big but very cozy. Ideal for a couple or with a young kid (have play structure right in the yard). Since this is first time rental everything is new and Luc prepared everything we may need and high quality e.g. kitchen supplies and towers etc. There is a brand new pedal boat which is great for casual fishing and I use that daily. Also have air conditioning installed right before our arrival as weather is hot and we truly appreciate that. We brought our own SUP and had many wonderful paddling around the massive network of lakes in the area. Cottage not too far from nearby town for grocery shopping and they are adequate for what we need. Also made a day trip to killarney provincial park for hiking and paddling. Overall a trip beyond our expectation and we had a very relaxed summer week. Thank you Luc.
