Enjoy your stay at this beautiful newly built, modern, 3 Beds, 2.5 Baths, that comfortably sleeps 6 people and is steps away from Lake Ontario. This house is perfect for short and long-term stays.
This is located less than 5 minutes off the 401, 10 min to downtown Bowmanville, less than an hour drive to Toronto. Lake Ontario is less than 5 mins away.

Imagine waking up early morning, walking to the Lake to enjoy the sunrise or going for a romantic walk to watch the sunset.
Within 5 minutes of the house, you can find beaches, trails and a large playground that features a fun splashpad in the summer months.

We have a full-size oven/stove, a dishwasher and a fridge. Our Kitchen includes plates and cutlery for your meal.

The Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It offers a queen size mattress and pillows for a good night's sleep. This room has a walk-in closet and an ensuite washroom.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 - 1 Double Bed in each room
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are located on the second floor and offer a full size mattress and 2 pillows for a good night's sleep. Each room has a closet and an end table with a lamp.

Bathrooms
Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer. We have two bathrooms on the upper level.

We offer high speed wifi throughout the home.

Laundry + Cleaning
There is a washer and dryer in the basement. We provide laundry detergent for your stay. We also provide cleaning supplies, a mop, broom and swiffer should you need to clean up any spills.
