There was no key upon arrival. It took three calls to three different people before we could find someone who let us in to the apartment. We waited for over an hour.The property is managed by a corporate entity so there is no one host who takes responsibility. Numerous smaller problems with the equipment in the apartment were never fixed. Expect legal disclaimers everywhere. The good news is that the apartment is in a great location, has a great view, and is clean, spacious, and pleasantly furnished. Except for the bathroom which is cramped. Overall, I would stay here again, but strongly suggest this not be your first destination at the end of a long-haul international flight
