For stays of 8 nights or longer we can offer a complimentary weekly clean and linen change. This is a self-catering apartment and we do provide the essentials to get you started.

We are situated on the top floor (3rd) and need to climb stairs as there is no lift. Please note that this property as well as all other Airbnb's in Cape Town experience load-shedding. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi for 2 hours during these periods so you have shall internet. Additionally we'll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages so you can plan accordingly.

We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.
