Browne’s Beach N’Pad is a charming home in the desireable northwest area of Lincoln City. This two story home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths and can easily accommodate as many as 8 guests. Browne’s Beach offers a small peek of the ocean and beach access is a short and comfortable stroll just a few blocks away. Offering an unlimited hot water system, everyone can clean off the sand without worry. The newly remodeled kitchen has every dish, pan and appliance you need to prepare and serve a nice family dinner or holiday feast. The dining table looks out on a beautifully landscaped yard and fenced in patio. Theres a flat screen TV to watch your favorite show while you grab a snack or cook up that family dinner in the kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished with a leather sofa, comfy oversized chairs and a gas fireplace to warm your toes on those cool nights while you relive the day's adventures. There is also a main floor laundry room and a bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath.

Upstairs is the primary suite with a King size sleigh bed and a mattress so comfortable that you may have trouble getting yourself out of bed. There is a window with a leather chair and ottoman to sit and relax while you read a good book and a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The adjoining bath has a tub and shower combination with great water pressure to help work out those kinks from your long walk on the beach. The guest bedroom has a queen bed there is a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Thoughtfully provided books and games are stocked up for those rainy afternoons. Catch a glimpse of the mighty Pacific Ocean from the spacious media gathering room. Catch a Seahawks game on the 60” flat screen which also comes with a DVD player, so bring your favorite movies with you or rent them from the local Red Boxes in town. The sofa sleeper is located in this room and can be used by the kids who will most likely be up all night watching the TV. There is even a 9 foot sand shuffle board game out back where you’ll find patio chairs and a picnic table

Weekend Getaway

We made a reservation for a spur of the moment getaway, and we were glad we did. The property was clean, well stocked with everything, and very comfortable. Its is close to the beach, and easy access to Hwy 101. Neighborhood was quiet which was a plus for parents of a 22month old. Would stay here again for sure! Couple bits of feedback that I would give are that the AC was not super effective at regulating the temperature in the upstairs, so it got pretty warm towards the end of the day/evening. Would have been nice to have a couple standing or box fans available to keep the air moving. The e-lock combo never worked (thankfully there was a key box as well) and when I messaged the property management group about it, I never heard anything back. The last small thing was that while we could connect to the WiFi, it really never did work. All that to say, I would for sure recommend this place to anyone staying out at the coast!

Overnight Stay for Brother's Memorial

My husband, sister, and nephew rented Browne’s Beach N’Pad for an overnight stay. We needed a place for our immediate family of 14 to gather for several hours after memorializing my brother who passed away 2 weeks ago. The house was nicely decorated and appointed with enough seating for 14 of us to gather and talk about memories of my brother for a few hours. My nephew took the downstairs bedroom, my sister an upstairs bedroom, and my husband and I the master bedroom. There is a TV room upstairs with sofas and chair and a table shuffleboard. It was comfortable and large enough for all of us to watch videos of my brother’s acting endeavors on a huge TV. We really appreciated being able to gather at the Browne’s Beach N’Pad and would return under better circumstances. It’s a beautiful home!

Great place!

We stayed over 4th of July. House was fantastic. Clean, quiet, plenty of space for the tweens and teens. Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay. The house was in good condition. The layout was not the greatest. All the tv’s were upstairs. The bedroom tv worked fine but the rec room one did not. The staff were great though when I had to contact them when my key pad code wouldn’t work and could not get in the house.
