About this property

Beach House | Infinity Pool, EVSE. Sleeps 10

Summary:

A private pool. A bush setting. MacMasters Beach at the end of the street. Welcome to Serenity@Macs.

It is a beautifully designed family retreat in the heart of MacMasters Beach — a private pool all year round, five bedrooms for ten guests, dual alfresco areas, dual living rooms, and the calm sands of MacMasters Beach a short stroll from the front door. For families who want a genuine bush-and-beach escape with a pool as the centerpiece, there's nothing else quite like it.

The Space:

Serenity is a quintessential coastal family home designed to blend seamlessly with its natural bush surroundings — a tranquil, private retreat that feels completely removed from the world while placing guests within a short stroll of one of the Central Coast's most beloved family beaches.

Two levels, five bedrooms, dual living and alfresco zones, a stone kitchen, and a year-round infinity pool at the heart of it all. It sleeps up to 10 guests and from the moment you arrive and see the pool shimmering against the bush backdrop, it feels immediately like the best decision you made all year.

What We Love

The Infinity Pool:

A private infinity pool — open 24 hours a day, all year round — set against a lush natural bush backdrop. This is the centrepiece of Serenity and the feature guests talk about most. Morning laps as the bush wakes up around you. Long afternoon sessions with the kids while the grown-ups relax on the deck. Evening swims under the stars with the sounds of nature surrounding the pool. In winter, it keeps the property alive and extraordinary when every other family rental on the coast goes cold. This pool is open all year. That is not an accident — it is the reason to book.

The Bush-and-Beach Setting:

Private natural bush surrounds Serenity on all sides — birdlife, tree canopy, and a sense of complete seclusion that is increasingly rare this close to a beach. MacMasters Beach is a short, easy stroll from the front door: a calm, lagoon-fed family beach beloved for its quiet atmosphere and safe swimming. The best of both worlds — total bush privacy and one of the coast's finest family beaches within minutes.

The Dual Alfresco Areas:

Two separate outdoor entertaining spaces give the group options for every moment of the day — a large group dining alfresco for long lunches and family dinners, and a second casual alfresco off the kitchen for easy morning meals and coffee. The gas BBQ connects both. The lawn area gives children space to run. And the pool deck ties the whole outdoor world together. This is outdoor family living at its most complete.

The Dual Living Rooms:

Two indoor living and TV areas give a group of ten genuine flexibility — adults in one space, children in the other, everyone under the same roof without compromise. The dedicated workspace with large desk makes Serenity equally appealing for those who need to stay connected while on a longer stay.

The Kitchen:

A modern, fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and quality appliances — designed for easy group cooking from quick beach breakfasts to proper family dinners. The additional casual dining space off the kitchen keeps everyone connected during meal prep.

The Location:

MacMasters Beach is one of the Central Coast's most special family destinations — a calm, lagoon-fed beach flanked by bushland headlands, with clean water, safe swimming, and a quiet community atmosphere that sets it apart from busier beach towns. The village is walkable from Serenity. Terrigal and Avoca Beach are just minutes by car for day trips and dining. And the drive down The Scenic Road — one of the most beautiful coastal roads on the Central Coast — makes every arrival feel like a genuine escape.

Serenity doesn't have an off-season — the infinity pool makes sure of that. Summer means long pool days, alfresco dinners, and the kids rotating between the pool and the beach from sunrise until the light fades. The school holidays fill fast and for good reason. Autumn brings the bush into its golden season and the beach into its quietest.

Winter is when Serenity truly earns its difference — the pool is warm, MacMasters Beach is almost entirely yours, the bush is at its most peaceful, and a pool swim under a clear winter sky at a private beach house is one of those experiences that stays with you long after you've left. Spring brings the birdsong back and the full outdoor season with it. Whatever season brings your family here — Serenity is ready, pool and all.

The Neighborhood:

MacMasters Beach is a peaceful coastal suburb on the Bouddi Peninsula of the Central Coast, NSW, known for its beautiful 1.4 km sandy beach, relaxed seaside lifestyle, and strong sense of community. The suburb sits between the ocean and Bouddi National Park, offering a quieter, more tranquil alternative to busier coastal towns while still providing excellent opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing, and family beach days.

The local village feel is one of MacMasters Beach’s defining traits, with a small number of cafés, the Surf Life Saving Club, and natural attractions like Cockrone Lagoon, coastal walking tracks and scenic headlands nearby. The beach is patrolled in warmer months and offers both surf breaks and calm areas suitable for children and families.

Residents and visitors enjoy outdoor pursuits like bushwalking in Bouddi National Park, paddleboarding on the lagoon, and picnics by the water. The suburb attracts a mix of permanent locals, holiday homeowners and those seeking a relaxed coastal lifestyle close to nature, while still being within easy driving distance of neighbouring villages and services.
