Welcome to Seas the Day, a little piece of paradise with views of the gorgeous Pacific Ocean on the Oregon coast. Relax and unwind while you and your family enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the historic Nelscott Reef in beautiful Lincoln City. Nelscott Reef is famous and well known for big wave surfing; you can see the waves break right above and beyond the Overlook Motel if you are lucky enough. Seas the Day is centrally located which means you're close to all the fun this popular beach town has to offer. Enjoy one-of-a-kind shopping at local beach boutiques, explore your artistic side with a glass blowing class, or satisfy your poker addiction with a trip to the Chinook Winds Casino, all within a ten minute drive. Looking to stay home? Unwind with a glass of wine, and relax while you catch the sunset from the deck. You and your family can enjoy beautiful views from the back deck and living room while eating a nice homemade dinner. Out on the deck, you'll be able to watch surfers battle the waves as you and your family listen to the ocean crash against the shore! You can even take a stroll down at low tide and search for seashells and sea creatures on the reefs. Beach access is right next to the Overlook Motel. Come explore the coast at Seas the Day today!

This was a great beach rental for our family. We would definitely stay here again. Overall, the place is very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with great views of the ocean. The only negative comment I can leave is that there seemed to be a lot of dog hair, particularly in the den room/pull out bed. There also didn’t seem to be bedding for that pull out that we could find, but made it work with extra blankets.

We enjoyed staying there. The only problems were that the outlets in the main bathroom didn’t work and the glass surrounding the deck was really dirty and mossy.

Great home

Perfect for a sister stay. Just make note that if anyone has an issue with stairs this wouldn’t be the home for you. Otherwise it’s perfection.

Beautiful beach house

This house is absolutely stunning with large windows overlooking the ocean. The house was very clean with clear instructions. We even enjoyed putting a couple puzzles together in the evening.

50th Birthday Celebration

We came to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and visit with our friends from Washington. The home was comfortable and loved by all. The views are exquisite. It rained and was chilly but we were cozy visiting and watching the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home

Family Spring Break

We enjoyed having such great views of the beach and ocean. We were able to walk on the beach the first 2 days. The 3rd day there was wind, rain and hail. It was fun looking out the big picture windows and watching the waves crash and the storm roll in. We would definitely stay in this same house again next time we visit Lincoln City.

Nice house with great views. Receptacle did not work in downstairs bathroom and the baseboards were very dirty throughout the house. Everything else was very clean. None of the upstairs TV’s worked. All of the ceramic plates are chipped in the kitchen. The back deck was amazing and comfortable and we had fairly easy access to the beach. House was a great value for the price.

Was pleasantly surprised to find wi-fi (even though the information on the rental paperwork said there was none), and the variety of cable and movie channels. Spent most of our time whale watching from the couch as well as deck. House had everything you could need. Would definitely book another stay!

Beautiful house with a great view!

A friend and I spent New Years here and it was the perfect relaxing weekend we were both looking for! We spent the weekend hand-sewing on the couch watching the waves crash and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would caution people about is, there is a flight of stairs down to the main living area (living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms) that is a little on the steep side. It wasn't an issue for us but just wanted to mention it. Overall, fabulous house and we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for a family, with plenty of room and lots of windows with great views. Very clean, with more than enough amenities (laundry & dishwasher soap, kitchen clean-up supplies, housecleaning supplies) to keep it that way. The beach was a short walk away, with easy stair access. Would definitely stay here again! Only downside to our vacation was the wind/rain/high surf during a rockin' storm...but the house was a great place to snuggle in and watch from.

Reviewer Comments: Pulling up in front of the house you feel like it is a very small cottage, however when you open the door, you see the beauty of this house. Lovely master bedroom with large windows looking toward the beach, nice master bath and one more room with French doors. Venture down the stairs and you find a nice comfortable living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck is large and has a great view as well! Tucked into the back of the house is another bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

Great view but lacking in some amenities.

Online listing made us believe the main level was easy entry but there were 12 stairs to get to the main level. Many outlets did not work and the door keypad did not work. Shower hot and cold were switched.??

Good location. house nice in general. lots of things could improve. Exposed wires from security system in upstairs sitting room. No electricity in main bathroom. Outlet not working. Burned out light fixture in Kitchen. Very hard to move knob in master bath shower from shower to hand held wand. Unable to turn handle from water on to off. Shower handle came off.

Wonderful place near the beach

The location and views were excellent!!!! We felt very at home. The upstairs bathroom with soaking tub and shower was perfect after a long day sightseeing. The view and deck to enjoy your day were beyond perfect and I really can't say enough about this place. The only complaints I had was the bathroom downstairs had peeling wallpaper and the only electric outlet to blow-dry your hair was broken and a sign on it saying don't use. The kitchen pots, pans and cookie sheets were extremely old in fact 1 of the pots had not been washed and I honestly would not use the cookie sheets because they were so old and stained. I would have given an overall 5 star review if all the kitchen utensils to use were not so used they looked like the owners had gone to a garage sale to buy them. For us after sightseeing all day we make dinner in so it was a bit of a bummer. BUTTTT... don't let this detour you it was a great place to stay!!!!!!

It definitely was a beautiful view of the ocean even though the access was a long walk to the beach. Well furnished. Very unhappy regarding 4 + phone calls to have someone to repair the downstairs bathroom outlet. It never was repaired. There were 2 ladies sharing the bathroom that needed the power. I think a refund should be given due to this. After all the extra charges the proper thing to do would be a refund. Of course I highly doubt due to no response or solution we will see a dime. By the way it was a bad GFI so easy to repair.

Fun time on the coast

Nice property. Close to beach. Comfortable beds and good kitchen area. Would have been nice if there were an electric frypan...but we really enjoyed our stay.
