We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...the surroundings are wonderful ...we would have appreciated detailed instructions to the location of the cabin...had a difficult time locating cabin...in the future, you might have detailed map so the people can easily find it.

Last Minute Family Getaway
Wonderful experience. Our young children loved the bunk beds, the playground, walks through the neighborhood, and exploring Bison Ranch. The Wild Horses were an incredible bonus and so amazing to watch. Comfortable beds too!

Beautiful location! Clean, spacious, and comfortable inside and out. The out door space is excellent. The bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The coach and love seat in the main living area are comfortable and inviting. Lots of seating inside and out. The AC worked great when we needed in in the heat of the day. We had a fabulous stay. We would love to stay again.
This was a very peaceful stay for our family. So many Heber horses passed by the entire weekend. Truly remarkable to see. The home was beautiful, tidy and clean. Lots of family memories made.
This was my son’s first trip to Heber and his first fishing trip. We had an amazing time while we were there. We love coming to Heber for the peace and quiet. One thing though, if you are a pillow lover like I am, you might want to bring extra pillows. Other than that, beautiful property and amazing location.
The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, extremely well maintained and with all advertised amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and very well maintained. Great for walks in the cool Overgaard weather. The view from the back of the house was fantastic with a daily dose of visits from the local wild horses that lived on the vast property behind the house. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and hope we can go back again soon! Awesome place!
Toilet did not work when we got there.Other than that, it was excellent.

Escaping the Phoenix Heat
Everything was as pictured, clean and comfortable home, will stay again. Bed, linens, throw blankets and couch were comfortable as well as the back seating area. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It was a treat to find powdered sugar and hot chocolate provided :-) It was a wonderful sight in the morning to see a herd of wild horses crossing the back acreage, many birds and a jackrabbit to view. The evening was lovely as well temps in the upper 70's. We enjoyed walking around the front property, ate at the Wild Women Saloon and grill, with a nice drive to Show Low, lakes and activities in the area.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're thrilled you had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and that you got to experience the wild horses and beautiful scenery. It’s great to hear the home had everything you needed—and that the little treats were a hit! We'd love to host you again anytime.
The cabin was very nice. The backyard view with the wild horses was terrific and a highlight. The Griddle was fine although a grill would be nice as well. There was no access to the clothes washer and dryer nor a broom and dustpan for any cleanup needed. Just FYI if you visit for a long time and need your wash done you might want to ask the property management to allow you to use the washer and dryer. Otherwise it was a lovely visit and we would definitely go back again!
Great cabin, very clean. Watching the wild horses each day is awesome. Only one issue, normally love the rain, but not when it is coming in the window and you're the one catching the water and paying to stay there. Contacted host to be told, sorry, thanks for letting us know, and hope you enjoyed the rain? Was that a shot? Anyway, had it not rained, it would have been 10's across the board.

From the owner:"Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry about the issue with the window and, more importantly, how our response came across—it was never our intention to be dismissive or make light of the situation. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can make sure it’s addressed properly for future guests. We're glad you enjoyed the cabin and the wild horses, and we hope to have the chance to provide a fully 10-out-of-10 experience next time."
