The house inside was extremely clean. Not a ton of amenities inside the house to use but it was functional. The pool and deck area are another story. The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. The bar itself was a mess. It had rotted wood and pieces falling off of it. The bottom railing was completely off. There was was a piece of wood that was nailed to the top of the bar with some sort of anchor. Looks like it was covering some damage. The palm frons covering the bar looked as if they had never been replaced. They are literally one spark away from a full blown fire. The bar TV was very nice if it was functional. To use it or download an app to log in to something, needed a Roku PIN which was never provided. No regular channels so basically useless. There was some weed or overgrown bush at what I guess supposed to be the waterfall for the pool. That didn't work nor do I think that weed was supposed to be there. I rate my stay at these places by if I would ever go back. Honestly, I wouldn't. The place needs some attention and from what we saw, it hasn't had it. Except for the cleaning crew that does a great job inside.

Family getaway

Our stay was awesome and had everything we needed. Had a few hiccups with the property, however they were taken care of in time. The only downside was the room downstairs and you have to go outside to get to it.

Despite booking this property 3 months in advance I received a call the day before check in telling me the property was not going to be ready. We were offered a similar property by the host “sun palace vacations” in a much less desirable location which resulted in us not being able to enjoy dinners out as the distance down the island required a 1.5 hour seive
