Great staycation

The property was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries. There's restaurants within walking distance. And a taco truck near by that always has great food.

Great apartment, safe secure!!

Easy to book. Preliminary arrival communications were great. Minor hiccup on door codes and welcome book, but nothing that would detract me from staying here again.

Listing did not state it was 2 flights of stairs. It needs a really good cleaning! WiFi is really hard to get on, and if you don’t do it the right way , you can’t get on. Had to call the owner to find out which WiFi to connect too.

I wouldn’t book here again…

If I had to compare it to a motel, it would get a 2star motel out in middle of nowhere rating. It wasn’t even very clean. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was disappointed. It’s run my a booking company, who I couldn’t get ahold of. Once I got ahold of the owner, he was rather short/unfriendly. The place needs a good cleaning and it’s definitely due for some maintenance. A positive would be the location and the pool area. Also everyone on the premises seemed to be respectful & friendly.

It’s a room.

Nothing wow about the condo. It’s a gated community, the neighbors seemed friendly, there is air conditioning. It was “someone’s been here” level clean. No mold or anything, but some of the dishes were dirty. We found a used tissue and dirty sock in the bed that was supposed to be clean. There were drips on the fridge. Everything has a well used feel. It was very close to Target, quick meal options, and the Will Rogers Memorial Center. I shared the condo with my teenage daughter, it was ok space wise as long as the sofa bed is up. The ahower was kinda small and the curtain didn’t quite stretch across to keep water in.

Hi Soleste, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The condo is an older property, but we have made some updates and have plans to continue improvements over the next few months. The unit is currently blocked off to allow for these updates.- The shower is on the smaller side, but a new curtain will be installed to help prevent water from escaping.- We have already replaced the previous cleaning team due to concerns about their workmanship and will now personally inspect the property after each cleaning to ensure it meets higher standards.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!
