The home is in excellent condition and very well stocked with amenities such as cookware, towels, sheets, throws, you name it! Nicely decorated. Great separation in the home for couples traveling together. Really enjoyed the location and seeing the deer, squirrels, birds, etc. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Thank you so much Debra! The Hideout sure is great for viewing the wildlife. You are welcome back any time!
We loved this property tucked in the woods. The decor lent to a real Montana feel for our family vacation to Glacier.
Only suggestion would be to update the deck with much needed paint and put a table and chairs out there for eating on the deck. Thanks for a great stay!

Thank you for staying at The Hideout, Cathy! We appreciate the suggestion.
House is nice and secluded up on reservoir road, and you feel like you are in the woods. Nice location to access Whitefish. The bunk bed has a trundle bed as well. There are lots of deer and turkeys that come through the property in the morning and early evening. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location - beautiful views and amazing house!
This was our second stay at the Hideout property, as we fell in love with the area during our visit last summer. The house is well-appointed and allowed us to enjoy the last leg of our 3 generation trip to Banff, Waterton Lakes, and Glacier National Parks in comfort. It was rainy during most of our stay, but we still enjoyed our visit/hikes in Glacier, driving up to Whitefish Mountain Resort, shopping in Whitefish, and playing games at the kitchen table. We also took some time to explore surrounding areas as we look for our future retirement home/property in Montana! Lots of animal sightings from the deck again this year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Thank you so much Alec! We really enjoyed hosting you at The Hideout.
The house and surrounding forest are quiet, pleasant and the kitchen/dining is functional. It is convenient to downtown. There are stairs since it is a two story. Heating is a bit noisy in the downstairs "den" and there are "ants" that join your stay; although they didn't seem to disturb us.

It was such a pleasure to host you during your trip to Montana, Ginger! We look forward to your return in the future (hopefully summer to experience the wildlife at it's best.)
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It is exactly what we were looking for and a perfect location between ski resort and quant little town of Whitefish. The house has a perfect configuration for our family. It was super clean and tucked in the woods. In 15 minutes we were at the ski resort ready for incredible time. The Whitefish area with Glacier National Park and Flathead Lake nearby is a jaw dropping site. We can’t wait to come back in the summer months!

Thank you for staying with us Monica! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay.
Enjoyed the house and location was perfect! The only issues we had was the kitchen is not very well stocked for cooking meals and the downstairs bathroom was too small for more than one person to use.
We had a great family vacation visiting Glacier & all the local attractions. The home offered all the essentials for our stay & we found everything with ease. Out teenage kids enjoyed the lower level family room & bedrooms to have their "own" space. Much time spent on the deck just enjoying the quietness. We had a great stay!

The property presented as advertised and would recommended this property to anyone planning to visit the area. Enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching the wildlife each morning. Very convenient to all the attractions.

Perfect location - beautiful views and amazing house!
Our family stayed in this property for a week at the end of May/beginning of June, 2021. The location is perfect for activities in/around Whitefish and day trips to Glacier National Park. The house was as described, well-stocked, clean, and very comfortable for our family of 6. For those that may have problem with stairs, the master bedroom is on the level you come into the house from the garage (upstairs), the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. Beautiful views, scenery, and lots of animal sightings from the deck, where we enjoyed our morning cup of coffee and our evening glass of wine. Note there is some road work happening on the road that leads up to the house that can result in a short delay (1 way traffic at times), but we didn't find it to be too bothersome. We highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to stay again in a future visit to Whitefish, Montana.
