Just a few steps to the International Aquatic and Training Centre, Art Windsor-Essex, St. Clair College Centre for the Arts, Capital Theater, and Caesars Windsor. Walk the Sculpture park and go fish. Enjoy Windsor's famed pizza and diverse restaurants!

Upon entering the back gates you'll feel secure in knowing that your safety and security is paramount.

When you enter Casa Rio 2, the space is at the rear unit of a two-unit, front and back split duplex.

The back unit, Unit 2, boasts views of the Detroit city skyline and the Detroit River from the side porch.

You'll be obsessed with the river view. Catch the Detroit Ford Fireworks from this property, it is nothing short of awe-inspiring.

Guest access

Upon entrance, you'll notice how bright and warm it feels, as if the space has wrapped it's walls around you with a loving hug. Be delighted by a darling little kitchen. it is just enough space to make the right amount of meals and to soothe your souls.

Be swept away by the artwork indicative of Windsor and our Canada roots.

Make yourself at home enjoy the new velvet sofa and queen beds. Stretch out on the couch or maybe use the floor cushion and relax on the rug.

Use the dining table and play a board game. Our pendant light will help to change the mood and add ambiance for dinner.

A large bathtub and shower, with shampoo conditioner and body gel, is available for use, along with a blow dryer. You'll have towels and washcloths available for your stay.

There is a study desk with lamp for doing homework, office work or reading a book.

Laundry is in the basement. A washer and dryer is available for all guests. We ask that you bring your own pods and dryer sheets.

Our very large backyard has a patio table with 2 chairs waiting for you to enjoy.

Free parking for one vehicle is available on the property.

Please do NOT take home. Put used ones into basket at bottom of stairs. Towels-4, washcloths-2, hand & dishcloths. Leave bedding to us. Thx!
Put all trash into one black garbage bag. Place into one of the containers against the fence. We recycle paper & metal into the blue boxes. Please close and lock all windows.
Easy- "Leave it how you found it!" Tidy up please. Wash the dishes and put them away. make sure you have everything, especially CELL PHONES. Lights out. Lock door, MESSAGE us a quick goodbye TY!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

3 guests max. Children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which cannot exceed 3, including infants.

Great atmosphere. It all about the little things. After a 4 hour drive it was great to be welcomed by free snacks and a cold pop in the fridge. The space was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was steps away from the aqautic center.

Nice spot by the river

Stayed here while attending a conference at Caesars palace. It was a cozy quiet spot and the river walk is onlybabout 150m away. It was very pleasant
