Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached carriage house, sharing a yard with the host.

Carriage house is newly remodeled with contemporary decor designed to help you unwind while celebrating the historic character of the building. Guests enter through a semi-separated corridor of the garage, where the laundry is located.

Once inside, the open concept main room features a queen bed, workstation and lounge area. The kitchen includes Carrara marble countertops and host provide lavazza coffee. In the bathroom you’ll find original features such as a cast iron clawfoot tub and iron sink. Shower supplies are provided.

Outdoor space features a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, play structure, and outdoor living room.
Private, secured parking is available for one car and street parking is free. Families are welcome, as are dogs and cats. We recommend families 4+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.
