You'll love staying at our beautifully designed duplex up plus additional
garden unit in Wicker Park. Ideally located on a quiet street near the
excitement of Milwaukee Ave and Division Street, you certainly won't run out
of things to do! Just steps from the Blue line and only 15 minutes from the
loop. Our home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total between both units (4
bedrooms in the main, 2 in the garden), plus a large outdoor patio. Book
today!
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Prime location for shops, drinks, and food. Steps away from a cool bar with small eats and literally around the corner from a great coffee shop. Walking down Division, you have plenty of options with a lively crowd. The parking at the house made everything all the easier.

Great space for our family. Could have used a couple more kitchen towels and a pair of hot pads for our cooking, but otherwise it was very well appointed. Hopefully they’ll get the upstairs washer cleaned up. Previous renter left items in the washing machine with the door closed and now it’s a moldy mess.

Business associates and myself enjoyed our stay. The home is amazing, amenities were thoughtful (coffee, toiletries, etc.), and the location & parking was perfect. We had a group meeting with colleagues from a nonprofit organization. It was perfect for a comfortable stay. There were enough bedrooms for our group. We conducted meetings using the TV (brought our own HDMI cable) in the living room, had small group discussions in various shared spaces, had meals at the spacious dining table and coffee breaks over large island in the kitchen. It was a bonus to have a private space in the Garden unit for trainers to prepare. Overall, we are very happy with the stay!

Quiet street but very convenient to all Wicker Park offers. 4over2 structure was ok (we had big group) but not ideal. Clean, well-maintained property. One nit—several kitchen items (like only 6 coffee cups), seemed not stocked for six bdr (large groups) house….

The location ( Target around the corner and lots of walkable shops and restaurants) and the parking are amazing, and the home has lots of space and beds. We held our staff retreat (we are a non-profit with employees in multiple states and no office). and it was very comfortable. We used the huge dining table for some meetings and others in the den upstairs where we could connect to the tv for a few presentations (brought my own HDMi cable). The kitchen is huge and well stocked except for having no pot holders/oven mitts, which we overcame during our team cooking challenge with bath towels. Glad they had a washer/dryer since those got a bit yucky. I'd also recommend having some cleaning supplies on hand...a broom and wipes or spray for the counters would have made it easier for us to clean up after ourselves.

Great location, good for large group, could have been cleaner
The open kitchen and living rooms were great for our group of 5 adults. Each had a separate bedroom. One bedroom is very small and just off the kitchen requiring walking thru the kitchen to the nearby shower while another has a trundle bed. Only one bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Two beds, 1 bath, and an additipnal kitchen/living room were also in a separate unit downstairs requiring walking outside, but wasn't a problem. Kitchen was spacious, but odd that there wasn't an ice maker or filtered water from the fridge.
Overall, the property did not appear to be well cleaned prior to our arrival (red spills on baseboards, lots of dust, etc.) which is strange considering the large cleaning fee for the booking. Provided amenities were good - towels, soap, paper towels, sponges, coffee, etc. Property manager was responsive over vrbo but unhelpful - you must call a number to speak with someone for assistance. Location was superb with a nearby target, gyms, local food options and a short walk to the train.
