4 bedrooms/ 3.0 bathrooms. 1650 sqft / first floor. Sleeping accommodations for 10.
Fully furnished to the highest standard and air conditioning throughout.
Brand new electronic devices are provided, ex. HDTV, Nintendo Wii, DVD Player, Free high speed wifi, etc.
facilities including pool, Hot tub, lighted tennis courts, a club house with fitness center, pool tables and air hockey. 5-min walking to clubhouse.
Our unit is on the first floor,it's a very quiet area.

* King-size Master bedroom with full bathroom inside.

* One Queen bed and 4 double beds in two kid's rooms.

* One 40' HDTV(free up to100 HD channels and hundreds of Digital Channels to choose) in living room and 32' HD TVs in the master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms.

* DVD player and Nintendo Wii game station in family room. (just bring your own games!)

* Free high speed wireless Internet and Free local call.

* Fully equipped kitchen with all you need cookware and dinning ware.

* Screened balcony with chairs face to beautiful nature views.Very quiet and relaxing.

* Kids friendly with high chair,crib and stroller, staris fence.

* We offer washer and dryer, iron and iron board as well as quality liens and bedding stuffs with back-up comforter, blanket and towels.Our management company provides first roll of toilet paper in each bath room, hand soap and initial trash bag. They don’t provide any detergent and dish liquid.
Shopping and Dinning:
* This resort is adjacent to an outdoor mall Formosa Garden shopping center – around 5 minutes walking distance.

* There are variety of stores including a grocery store, liquor store, and many fine restaurants such as Carrabbas, Outback Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Red Lobster and TGI Fridays.

* There are shuttles to all parks(Disney,Sea world and Universal Studio) at Continental Plaza Hotel Kissimmee (just cross street from sun lake resort).

* It takes only 5 min walking to the Disney shuttle bus stop on US 192.

Pretty decent!

It started a little bumpy but overall this home was comfortable. Not many cooking utensils in the way of pots and pans. Bring your own frying pan, lifters, etc. Antique can and wine openers. Tempurature control very good. Beds were ok. Sofa was a little soft and worn. Kitchen appliances were good and lots of cupboard space. The maintenance company was quick to respond to our problems. Lots of parking and close to clubhouse and pool.
