Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 9:30 PM. Quiet hours are 9:30 pm-8 am.

Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. Home Layout:

As you enter through the front door the main living area is directly in front of you and the primary bedroom, bathroom and laundry are to your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and wall-to-wall windows to that overlook the deck and large greenbelt area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs you will find the second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a second queen size bed, the other with two twins.

-QUIET HOURS STARTING AT 9:30PM. LOUD ACTIVITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND IS CAUSE FOR EVICTION WITH NO REFUND

- Must be 25 years old to reserve home

- No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees

- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home

- Ask about extended stay rates

- Wolf Creek, in our San Juan Mountains, consistently averages the most snowfall of any resort in Colorado, about 480” per year. Snow is so prolific here that the resort typically opens in November (and sometimes October!), giving it one of the longest seasons in the country. Ski days are usually sunny and warm!
