Ski Chalet

Property was located very close to the hill. The chalet is a very nice property with nice amenities. The hot tub was ready and fully functional. Whole place was clean and very nice place to stay. Would recommend to anyone considering staying in the Stoneham area.

Pros - New construction; cleanliness; communication; amenities; well designed place; high roof living room; nice bathroom upstairs Cons - No ventilation in toilets; only two toilets for three bedroom house; Mountain View blocked by trees; driveway not finished; stairs not friendly for very young kids; one of the bed was very noisy;

Maison propre et très bien équipée : beaucoup de vaisselle, grande table à manger, savon etc. Lits confortables avec plusieurs oreillers. Belle vue du spa, qui est à l’arrière de la maison et non du côté rue comme d’autres locations du secteur. Une pelle en métal aurait été le bienvenue pour la neige durcie qui été tombée avant notre arrivée, celles en plastiques ne faisaient pas le poids. Nous avons apprécié que l’hôte fasse un suivi le premier matin afin de s’assurer que notre séjour se passait bien et qu’il ne manquait rien. Arrivée facile avec entrée avec code.

Très agréable, très belle vue, chalet de bonne dimension, beaucoup de lits sur place.Service à proximite, bonne communication avec le gestionnaire. Un petit cadeau d'hôte bien apprécié avec une bonne boîte de chocolat.Certains endroits doivent être mieux nettoyés et quelques lits etaient bruyants.

chalet à aire ouverte, éclairé et très conviviale pour la famille

nous avons apprécié ce séjour, il manque toutefois un peu d'Amour dans le ménage et néttoyage, et le spa n'était pas parfaitement fonctionnel, une pompe ne fonctionnait pas, la balayage était non fonctionnel, complètement bouché , elle n'aspirait plus, et les serviettes avaient été rangés alors qu'elle était encore très humide.
