🌅 Private 200 sq ft patio with relaxing bay views and a swinging lounge chair (Max weight: 200 lbs)
🚗 Driveway parking for 2 cars for this unit and 1 car for downstairs unit tandem style. You must make friends with the folks downstairs if you want to park in drieway
🐶 Dog-friendly with a $80 pet fee (Sorry, no cats — we`re highly allergic 😔)
🎬 Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube — just log in with your account)
🪑 4 beach chairs included (Please note: lost chairs incur a $250 fee each)
🚿 Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach

Dogs welcome with $80 pet fee PER DOG (no cats, sorry!)
Beach chairs included — $250 fee per lost chair. Its a pain to get there and replace them:(
